Mahlkönig K30/E65 Series Steel Burr Set

This is the current OEM burr set for the Mahlkönig E65 and K30 lines, now packaged and numbered as 275123 (superseding the earlier 306715). If your grinder is losing consistency, running hotter than usual, or you're just chasing a fresher, brighter cup, worn burrs are the most common culprit and this is the direct fix.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • External diameter: 65 mm; internal diameter: 38 mm
  • Thickness: 8.4 mm
  • 2 mounting holes per burr, left-hand rotation
  • Set includes one fixed burr (flat surface, etched "S"), one rotary burr (slight lip, etched "D"), and four mounting screws

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: Mahlkönig E65, K30, K30 Air, and K30 Twin grinders; also the Ditting KE640 and KED640
  • Replaces: Mahlkönig 306715 (superseded by current #275123); packaging labeled "Mahlscheibenpaar 65, KE 640 / KED 640"; etched "EK11/21SB"

INSTALLATION

Straightforward for anyone comfortable opening a grinder's burr chamber, but note the burrs correctly (S vs. D) before removal so reassembly orientation isn't guesswork.

PRO TIPS

  • Reset your grind adjustment to a coarser starting point after installing new burrs and dial back in gradually, fresh, sharp edges bite more aggressively than worn ones and will over-grind if you start at your old setting.
  • Don't mix a new burr with an old, worn mate, pairing one sharp and one dull burr causes uneven particle size and inconsistent extraction even though the grinder "looks" fine.
  • See our grinder burr maintenance guide for the wear signs that tell you it's time to replace rather than just clean.
